Andy is our newest addition in the workshops, he is quietly unassuming, gets his head down and works his way through the nuts and bolts of a repair.

Service Manager
Tonia, our Service Manager, has been with us several years now and once you’ve met her you won’t forget her! She is exuberant in her friendliness, loves to chat and make you feel at ease – ply her with chocolate and you’ll be her friend for life. She will keep you updated on the progress of your car’s booking throughout the day. Nothing is too much trouble.

Wayne is our fantastic valeter, he has been here over 20 years and we couldn’t do without him, he goes above and beyond to create a silk purse out of a sow’s ear!

Master Technician
Matt, The Clarion Cars Stig, is our Master Technician, extremely well qualified and experienced having been with us for over 20 years. He’s dedicated to getting a correct diagnosis quickly and sending our customers away happy. An invaluable staff member.
Greg
Servicing & Pre-Delivery Inspection
Greg is very experienced and joined us a number of years ago. He now does mostly lighter work and has got pre-delivery inspections and car services down to a fine art!

Service/Parts Advisor
A very warm welcome to Ryan, our newly appointed Service/Parts Advisor, he will be one of your first points of contact in our Service department and eager to help book you in or supply you with a part. Ryan has extensive knowledge of motor vehicles and a huge passion for cars – when he was a teenager he rebuilt a Mark 1 VW Golf, with only a little help from a friend!
Dru
Office Manager
Dru is our Office Manager and Tom’s mum. She has worked at Clarion Cars now for many years and has covered a number of different roles during this time. Her work, currently, encompasses keeping the staff happy, a little book keeping, maintenance of the site and getting those rubber gloves on to spruce the place up, weekly.

Tom is our friendly, knowledgeable and understanding Dealer Principal. With over 20 years experience he’s got an answer for any query and is the driving force behind our celebrated customer service.
