I can’t fault the service from Clarion. Friendly at all times, and had the patience of saints with me and my car indecision! They went above and beyond, especially Meg! Thank you to Meg and Tom…. although I didn’t end up getting a car from them.. service was faultless!

Myself and my partner were looking for a new family car as we are expecting a baby. Meg was extremely professional and made the process so smooth. We picked the car up within a week of purchasing and it had all of it’s checks completed along with a brilliant valet! Would highly recommend if you are looking to purchase a car from a garage you can trust 👍🏻

Tom and Meg were brilliant. I was reluctant to get rid of my old car but due to disability I needed to change from manual to Auto. Tom showed me a variety of other cars which sadly didn’t fit my criteria, so spent some time with us going through cars they could order in for me. I was sceptical of this process but was made to feel at ease and that it would all be fine. My new car arrived, I was Informed it was filthy so they wanted to valet it before collection and wow! You wouldn’t know it wasn’t straight out of the showroom! I’m also totally in love with my new baby and can’t thank Tom & Meg enough for all their help. The WhatsApp contact throughout made things so much easier too.

Visited Clarion car garage last week in search of a larger vehicle as wanted more boot space and also an automatic. Both Meg and Tom were really helpful in helping me find the perfect car going forward. Would highly recommend this car dealership and will look to use again in the future if need be . Tom was amazing to deal with – super friendly, honest, and really helpful from the start. I went in to try a Corsa (which I didn’t end up liking), but I had such a good vibe from Tom that I asked if he could help me find something else. He sent over informative videos, answered all my questions with loads of patience and clarity, and was just really professional and easy to talk to the whole way through. I ended up finding the perfect car for me thanks to his help! Also big thanks to Meg, who was super kind and quick to reply anytime I had a question. Really great team – would totally recommend!

Financed a car with Clarion cars via a third party. Meg was extremely helpful and accommodating with everything. Due to being further away she sent me videos of the car, answered any questions I had and made the paperwork a breeze, including the 3 months warranty I have on the car with what it does and doesn’t include. The car was inspected thoroughly and anything needing replacing was, car was valeted before arrival and they even buffed out some minor scratches for me. Would definitely recommend to anybody looking for a car.

Clarion Cars restored my faith in the second hand car market. I travelled a long way to view a car. Communication was excellent. Delivery was arranged once paperwork sorted and the delivery driver kept us informed of ETA. Thank you for the Mazda 6.

An excellent service is offered by Tom and Meg, whose knowledge of their cars is extensive. Cars on offer are various makes and models, including petrol diesel hybrid and EV. All cars are well clean and tidy and well presented. I will recommend Clarion Cars to all those who are looking for new and pre-loved vehicles. Great service, Meg & Tom were efficient, helpful, friendly and kept us completely up to date throughout the process of buying a used car.

I’m leaving a 5 star review because the customer service at this dealership was first class.
Tom spoke to me on what’s app with honesty and clarity and no sales pressure . He explained the part exchange process and I was impressed with the no sales pressure or talk just honest and listened to my needs and what I was after in a new car .

I came down the same day and spoke with Megan who was very professional and shown me a few cars and explain each one in detail .

Tom the returned and unlike most car salesman again recommended the best car for my needs and explained in detail the benefits . My swift was by far and away the best choice .

Then before I picked up the car the advisories on the mot were resolved . A small dent in the bodywork repaired .

When I picked up the car it looked brand new and Tom took the time to explain how the car worked and it’s features

When I have brought a car from a dealership before I have felt under pressure and rushed this dealership was how it should be . No pressure ! Great prices ! And great customer service before and after sale
